Prepared: Staff that is trained and always eager to help is crucial.  Our staff is uniquely made up of a blend of male and female employees with various personalities.  With this complete package combination, this increases our ability to provide a range of services and present each tailored specifically to a client’s needs and preferences. We attend regular motivational seminars, training workshops and in-house meetings to keep all staff members knowledgeable and hospitable so that each can provide the level of customer service our company expects.

Communication: “You will be judged by what you do, not what you say.”  Our company is grounded on being dependable and honest. Within our company we have policies in place to provide our clients efficient follow-ups.  Our phone system is designed to give the caller access to speak to someone within the company promptly.  Our email system works along the same lines, notifying our staff whether in the office or possibly on a jobsite.  Another component of communication we see as essential is to meet our clients’ requests by effective listening.  What a customer thinks, says, or feels is important to us and we owe them the service of acknowledging that importance!

Services: An example of standard customer service procedures we use is our warranty policy.  During the transition period from final construction into the warranty period our job superintendent’s stay at the project to assist with move in of the owner.  As the warranty period is in place, if a correction is needed we provide a genuine repair including the handling of all the coordination for the repair/service call as well as the follow up after to assure all issues were corrected.  Another service practice that we have found beneficial to our owners is during weather fluctuations such as winter weather, we contact our past projects’ personnel to remind them of smart weather procedures to use to keep their buildings safe and protected.
